UE4 crash when launching RP1: Oasis and Prey: Typhon Hunter

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing these crashes? Both these Unreal engine games crash after starting.
The same games run fine if I disconnect the Pimax 5k+ and use my Vive Pro.

Try to lower pitools quality settings and SteamVR SS settings. Maybe they are defaulting to high and then games crash.

Yes try @mr.uu suggestion. Some also work better by reducing FoV.

Thanks, I’ll give that a shot, I have a pretty high-end rig so didn’t even consider dropping the quality settings.
