Hello Pimax,

I have a quick question. I currently own an 8KX purchased off amazon uk. Can this be used for trade in for either the 12k or the Crystal?

I believe should be good as it is an Amazon channel.

@PimaxQuorra can confirm this detail. Alternatively the online chat on Pimax website should also be able to confirm.

If the headset was distributed via Pimax Official Amazon Store, it’s good to go for the trade-in program.

There is no trade in for the crystal i believe,only for the 12k
