Are we getting tracking number when Pimax shipping 8K Plus order? Can we get update on shipping 1st batch overseas, and when will be 2nd?

And if so, not sure if that has been finalized, depending on the version with/without Delux Audio etc., ship the HMD first in any case, question the customer or wait for the full(er) package to be available?

I don’t want to hijack Greg1’s thread. Once you’ve had the chance to investigate Greg1’s order, could you please do the same for me and confirm whether my 8k+ order has shipped or not?
I submitted a ticket to inquire about changing my order from 8k+ to 8KX on Dec 22 (unfortunate timing… there had been no news for a long time from Pimax on shipping of 8k+, and then on Dec 24 you posted the first news on the forum that the first 8k+ shipment had been sent out of the San Jose office!) I was told in the Dec 23 help ticket initial response that I could change my order before the 8k+ shipped. I tried to pay the extra on Dec 23 through the “make up the difference” item in the Pimax store but ran into a website error, and could not get past the checkout stage.
Since then I have been trying to get help through the support ticket system, but it isn’t working. I received the initial reply from Sally on Dec 23 (the next morning after submitting my ticket) and then no replies to my repeated follow up for the past 10 days or so. Normally I wouldn’t ask, but it is somewhat time sensitive. If my 8k+ order has been already shipped, there is no point to continue trying to change my order. Honestly, I’d be ok if the 8k+ was on the way to me 
Either way, I just need to know how to proceed! Help please.

Also @PimaxUSA said there will be an announcement on the 7th … so maybe there is something coming up.
I guess with the high load they just can’t answers everything on the forum and also they are just updating stuff like forum and support
