Received tracking number for my base stations and controllers over a week ago, DHL says shipment information received but no packages have been picked up. Pimax telling me that they shipped, dhl tells me otherwise and to contact shipper. Worried after all I have read about pimax, any suggestions?
Upon DHL pickup, an update is always added into the tracking history. Have you been in contact with the Pimax support team yet?
Shipping issue resolved, it was on DHL.
