Hello everybody. I use both DAS and Pimax headstrap.
With the Headstrap the weight go to your forehead, even if you look up. The glasses don’t make weight over your face.
And with the DAS everything comes strong. I used too a recycled Vive foam to prevent movement of the DAS.
Now it works like a Headband. And you can move it and tilt it.

You can never have enough rubber bands and silver tape. They can fix everything.
I always wanted to replace my Bose earcups for the drivers on the das. Too scared and too blind. And I sort of worry they will be too heavy and next extend out when needed.

Thanks for the warning, luckily its bark is worse than its bite, surprisingly soft. Also with this experiment it can easily be replaced. I suffer from hot face with all VR headsets I have owned Rift Vive and now Pimax. Pimax doesn’t feel as hot as the others I and that is suprising. This is a way to allow air to circulate while having a fan blow air from underneath. Also experimenting with ways to adjust the head tilt. It seems I need the top of the hmd to tilt ever so slightly forward to achieve best clarity.
