I never intended to question that. If you read my message carefully, you will see that I have criticized the reasons for your choice. If you’d just written, “I’m sorry, guys. No time to do this better.” I would’ve said, “Okay, you already did too much, thank you.”. But words matter and you can’t change them after you write them down. I’ve already reported what you wrote, and I’ve already said why I don’t find it fair. I don’t think there’s any point in repeating it.

I judged Martin’s choice to omit a technical fact to prevent people from misunderstanding. But the data are data, they don’t contain the opinion themselves, Martin has the right to use his time as he wishes, but not the right to choose how we’re supposed to think. He’s like a journalist who hides facts to not upset people. He would not be a good journalist. Your duty is to report the facts, smart people will know how to judge them, stupid people will not, but not reporting them will not make them less stupid.

Yes with the offensive and the moment for an apology, that was a direct hit. And please if you don’t mind:

If you want to know how the panel structure looks exactly, kindly ask if any of the testers (now probably Sebastian) want to record macro pictures. Apart from the fact that this is primarily the “duty” of Pimax and has already been discussed many times.

Instead of accusing @SweViver of hiding something just because you don’t seem to respect his assessment of the need. Ironically you accuse the tester who has spent the most time by all the testers to provide the best possible basis to decide between the two Pimax headsets. Apart from the fact that all testers make a huge voluntary commitment!

This is neither offensive nor meant as an invitation to continue the heated off topic debate. Rather, it is an attempt to show that in dealing with the testers a respectful friendly tone would be much more appropriate! And most likely equally appreciated by all kinds of readers.
