We’re starting a class action lawsuit for the Pimax 8K fraud. It is obvious now that the 8K was intentionally marketed to deceive backers of the project. The end result has been confirmed to be fraudulent as the actual image quality and resolution is LOWER than the 5K+ due to deceptive marketing, pentil-like panel design, signal manipulation (scalar), and false advertisement.

This would be ridiculous. You would not succeed, but you would waste Pimax’s resources, delay backer’s delivery, slow down the pace of VR, and it would waste your own time and money. I havn’t seen a more meaningless case.

For those not into alarmist reporting, here’s the simple fact that the OP could have googled - This statistic shows the share of
successfully funded projects on Kickstarter. As of August 6 2018, the
success rate of fully funding a project on the crowdfunding website was 36.29 percent.
Pimax 8k could well have been part of the %63.71 of kickstarts that fail - And literally give us NOTHING apart from an apology, and they wouldn’t even need to give us that - Even once funded.
Instead, we have one more option than we thought, and a pathway to exchange our pledge to include new options.
