Don’t know if if this is the right place but is it better to start the game directly from PE instead of starting steamvr and starting it from there. I read somewhere and now I can’t find it , That you get better performance if you start the game from PE instead of starting steamvr first and running it from there. Thanks. New 8kx owner, PC specs 3090 and i9 9900k @ 5.1.
Any other tips would be greatly appreciated.

Yes as PE applies profiles (both Pimax/PiTool and SteamVR) before starting the game/app.
Besides that as the Cloud profiles are being made You can benefit from others having made profiles for games for You so You don’t need to worry about tweaking…

Thanks , I totally forgot about the PE profiles. So those profiles will only be used if the game is started from PE. Got it thanks again
