Just keep in mind with filing a dispute the length of time PayPal gives to file if needed to do so.
@Matthew.Xu @konger can you look into details of shipping of 8k+? As new details suggests a delay to ship with MAS. Earlier it was said They would ship separately as MAS was not ready.

I ordered 8K Plus on 3rd November when was stated that shipping is end of November, later end of December, now look like end of Januaryā¦ maybeā¦

From what I understand not likely to have further delays & if so on the 8k+ should be minimal as Stock has said to be present.
But yes timelines need to become more solid. Where stating longer than what maybe needed is better than best case estimates.

Itās more than one month that you can see āIn stock soonā. Problem with Pimax that they not give you update status. You must to push on them to get something. They like to say āas soon as possibleā
I do agree & this is something being worked on. Just requesting if it comes to requiring to cancel give them time to process & if needed elevate the situation to Konger or Matthew. If having a problem as they may have a high volume of PMs. Send me a pm and I can help to elevate through other channels.

Thank you @Heliosurge. I still want to believe in Pimax and want them succeed. I think they have good product but they must to change bad behaviour to customers and change it very quickly.

It comes down to determining how far apart production of the mas is. The version of the mas with the above ear audio is close.
Thing is weāre very fearful that reviews of the Vision series without the MAS will focus on the comfort of the cloth strap and not the vastly improved visual fidelity.
Hereās an idea - what if we asked you if you wanted to wait a short time to get it with MAS or not and provided the option?

And youāre not fearful that delay after delay after delay make people angry and you get even more bad reviews about Pimax as company, losing existent and potential customers.

I think Youāre on to something here. Seriously. With the comfort of the Index and given how much praise people are giving the MAS and comfort kit I think You should be careful with releasing anything āhalf-bakedā (again)ā¦
