Was looking at the google docs additional items. The “standard head strap” notes “PSVR-style headstrap, must have extra item for your gift-with-headphones”.
Can I ask why anyone would want this when we are getting the headphones built in? As a must-have item I seem to be missing something
It looks like the headphones aren’t detachable on the “upgraded” headstrap, so if you’re unhappy with the quality then that’s kind of just too bad. I personally pledged $40 extra for the headstrap without headphones for this reason, just so I have the choice to use my own headphones if i want.

Can your team look at making the headphones detachable on the deluxe head strap?
This seems like an eminently sensible suggestion.
Well some may have $150+ wireless head phones & prefer them.
A modular designed headband would have been handy and easier to swap out parts and or repair bits as needed. I tried to drop that hint in September in here:

I’d never use the crappy headphones that would be included. I’ll be using my own so I don’t see this as a must have item, it’s more like a must not have for me.
Yep, I’ve had to pledge the extra $40 ($30 + $10 shipping) for the standard headband as I absolutely don’t want the one with built-in headphones.
Ultimately I’ve been punished to the tune of 40 bucks for the Kickstarter stretch goal being met! I understand the majority of backers will have wanted this though, so don’t want to cause too much of a stink.
Actually, I’m pretty sure you get to choose which one you want as part of your kit, so you could just choose the basic and you only need to pay for one if you want both. Also, the basic should only be $10 and no additional shipping.

About the headstrap:
Standard headband with no earphones, For 1M stretch goal, the headstrap is upgraded to with earphones. We can also get you to choose one of them, because some backers want headstrap with earphones, some backers don’t want headstrap with earphones.
And some backers have chosen a headstrap with earphones, but they also need a standard headstrap, so they need to add $10 for it.

I believe I read in KS comment section, someone from @PimaxVR wrote that we will be able to choose the headstrap before shipping. I hope this still holds. Could you confirm it as well @Matthew.Xu @bacon ?

The price difference between headstrap with and w/o headphones is 10 bucks. Do you really need to know the specs of those 10 bucks headphones? 
Sure they might be as good as the 4k ones. 
What about the difference between the two quoted prices for an extra basic strap?
