3320 is status overseas warehouse, 4977 does not exist on spreed sheet ,you may want to check your backer no or open a ticket @anon74848233 @Matthew.Xu

Ok mine is 3056.
It says it is not shipped!
It is on the way to Overseas Warehouse.
But not built.
So which is it?
it will only show it relevant category yours is in or on its way to warehouse so you will be expecting delivery details soon ,
built category is for units NOT built yet

Some users of the 1/18 electronic form have not been updated to the latest status.
You can call “Matthew” to help you solve this problem.
It’s a mixed bag, on the other hand some people who’s survey information was missing in the 07.Jan sheet have received their units or tracking information.

My backer number, 3,709, is not in that list. Is is a complete and official list?

Ahem I am not pleased either this update.
From each spreadsheet release the status for me is less and less clear.
In the first on it was “SH by 01-18” then next update it was in preparation and now it’s in the Built section ???
Oh did I mentioned that I’ve been contacted about 3-4 weeks ago to tell me that my hmd was on the way to the warehouse??? What the hell?
I don’t mind the wait time, but what I mind is changing statuses!!

How do we know if we need to send information through e-mail? Baker 5255, I send the survey 3 times too. And i’m not in the spreadsheet.
Open a Suspen ticket with your Survey info .
Dallas will make sure it get sorted .
