So what is pimax support gonne do about all those people with there problems with the DMAS?
Those people need to get it fixed as soon as possible!Otherwise how can we trust the upcoming pimax12k?

We did summarise all of the issues raised by our users in the previous thread.
In order to find the best solution, our engineering team is inspecting all cause, such as power supply, audio jack, cable, driver and etc.
Yes, we will fix it as soon as possible. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we retrieve more information from them.
