He means your answer wasn’t satisfactory. He probably means to ask about why couldn’t you put a hold on the preorders being delivered until after backers

THIS indeed is a very relevant question that hasn’t been addressed. Many preorders have been delivered after only having waited 3 months while backers are 15 months plus waiting and thousands of backer headsets still languish in the HK or UK warehose, even though the vast majority of those have valid delivery information.

They held them until they were shipped not delivered. You may not like the answer but it is the answer and what could I add to it?

Let me guess that the reason why backers in the same region where pre orders are receiving tracking information for their HMDs is due to address problems? Right?

I don’t want anything more i’m fully aware of the BS that got pulled. Just trying to rephrase it because he didn’t seem to be asking the question he wanted to.
I guess only the CEO of Pimax can ultimately answer that beauty.
After I checked on the UK status, over the next three days a high percentage of people got their tracking numbers and almost all of those are now delivered. They are still working through the remaining ones with the shipper. Same thing when I looked into the USA shipments before that. That region was what I was looking into. It’s possible for other areas once looked into delays could be for other reasons.

At the end of January the number of delivered HMDs to backers was 2220 while 1232 were on the way to the overseas warehouses, now we’re at 2824 units on the way to backers directly, around 50% of the ones that left China at the end of January have now also left the forwarder.
Combining this statement with
leads me to the conclusion that the slow shipment of the other 50% around 600 is attributed to delays in other regions.
So most backers who chose the 5K in the EU or US either have tracking or their units already and just a minority, which can only be in the double digits, has to wait for the forwarder to catch up.

I’m still waiting… This address excuse sounds like utter bu… I’ve actually worked (temping) at a delivery company transcribing address that were hand written and I’d get through hundreds in a shift, these were from computers printed out theres no way they could get it wrong and even if they did it would be a very rare occurance.
