Well upgraders already got a financial discount. Regular pre-orders didn’t so I guess that first-come-first-serve kind of makes sense. Either way, even that doesn’t seem to happen, it seems completely random now.

I also think that it is related to dmas.
Well, in any case Pimax are not doing what they said they would again.
They always said that shipment order would be 8kx backers, then backer upgraders, then preorders.
I wonder when I will receive mine.
At this point though I don’t really care … its just … ‘whatever…’

Any estimated time when the P-orders starts delivering?
That is not completely right. They said first Baker, then the first xxx upgrades, then pre-order and upgrades by date
dmas has nothing to do with it. They just aren’t being shipped in the originally announced order.

Pimax promised to do that several times, although they also said that the shipments would be in batches to the same shipping area (which means someone in one country with a higher queue order might get their headset before someone with a lower number). However, in a recent update, I think that Pimax decided to ship them based entirely on order number (instead of upgrades having priority over preorders).

No email or anything so far, but I did manually edit and confirm my address anyway so I don’t know if I’ll ever get one.
1st Nov order but I’m not expecting any update for at least a week, and if Fedex get in touch earlier, bonus.

I don’t care at all, as long as it’s with me until the middle of September, I’m satisfied. The X is ready on the market, pimax shipped and after the long wait, 2-4 weeks don’t drive me crazy anymore.

Same here,no email or anything but i did contact Pimax support. I have a preorder since 30 Oct 2019
this is what they said;
“Hi Trevor,Sorry for keeping you waiting.
Your order is expected to be shipped at the end of this month or early September”.
