Same here. I hit confirm but I was forced to choose an option for the loaner model even though I don’t have a loaner.

I think it was just a formatting issue. I think what the line is meant to say is really “Loaner / Headset Model”. Meaning that they are just asking for what headset model you have/had whether it was a loaner or not. They are not asking for what loaner model you have only.

got my answer , man i forgot that there was two pimax days. I was looking at my order and thought i might be later in the line.
but then i realized that the orders officially went live on Oct 30th.
and my order says oct 31, 2019. (race ya, i win 
) but knowing pimax i’ll be the last to get just like my 5k+

That’s because he’s been programming. That can lead to fits of pulling out hair, due to extreme frustration. 
Sometimes, I’m amazed that I have any hair left!
