I backed the controllers at the time thinking there is just a very slim chance they’ll get them right. I fear that is still true, especially having witnessed the difficult birth of the Index controllers.
However, I already have the Index controllers, so no need to switch to Pimax’ alternative offering. Of course I could do so and then sell them immediately, but I will rather just wait and see what Pimax deliver at the end. This was the most risky part of the overall Pimax investment I made and I did not really expect much in return. Overall my Pimax investment is still looking pretty good in terms of value for money, so I am quite relaxed unlike many others here.
(If I decided to sell my 8KX pledge in December I might even make something like 500$+ of profit over the complete backing, while having been able to use a 5K+ for acouple of months and a 8K for almost a year. Not bad in my eyes. But no, won’t sell the pledge
