I would like to know if any of you get this problem fixed by returning their headset and getting a new one?
(One assembled with the calibration tool that was supposed to fix the problem)

If you request a RMA on your headset, and our CS team will clarify it along with the technician. If we found out the hardware was faulty/defects which caused by us, we will ship you a new.
