either i have an install prob or missing something. following install guide installed pitools hmd lights green and all but when i try open pitool only icon in tray no gui opens

This has been solved in another thread, here. The solution is as simple as going to the Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Antialiasing - FXX >>> set to Off
tx much that did the trick now the biut i am stuck on. I have no base station and i did turn off lighthouse tracking but only img i get on my hmd is yellow moon back drop. steam verr still says headset not tracking still often get steam vr failed i am borderline frustrated here tbh
After shutting down Lighthouse tracking you still need to perform Room setup in pitool. Just click next til you get to your height and enter it manually.
