I contacted support about this problem (same as seen here)

And they sent me Pi_shell software to fix it, but it seems that only works on OG 8K.
I created this post as a request, since I suffer from the same problem, I’d like to have a solution for my 8K+, I hope you can bring a solution to that someday.
