SUP-184 I have tried emailing 4 times over the last 5 weeks and posting on the forum with no one responding.

There has been an issue with a DPD delivery arriving. Please can someone answer so I can get this sorted?

I have the last weeks 7 times requested by email or in the forum. they do not answer, but more and more customers are gaining every day who fall into the same trap … absolutely crazy!
