I still didn’t hear anything.
This is quite disappointing since I can’t pimp my pimax with other cushions and head strap if I have to send it back. And right now it is pinching my nose with the small cushion.

So I am waiting.

The dead pixel in the center is so dominant that it destroys my immersion anyway. I don’t care for sde or distortions anyway because this dead pixel is far worse.

Today my face cushions from vrcover and my 3d printed parts for the DAS-Mod arrived. I could perhaps make the pimax 5k+ a comfortable experience. But I don’t want to modify a headset which I want to send back. The device is ok but the one panel. Pimax could just swap it and resell the headset.

Yeah. You somehow got answered to. I heard nothing.

This is so annoying. I was waiting more than a year like everyone else. I’ve been in this forum nearly daily. Then finally it arrives and it is faulty. I can’t use it without changing the cushions. But I don’t want to modify it if I have to return it. This pixel is in the middle of my view. Fat and black like a crosshair. This is not a high end device like that. This breaks every immersion. I prefer the SDE and everything from my vive. Why? Because it dosn’t have a big black dot in the center of my view!

It would be nice to just get a response from pimax. I am waiting now for nearly two weeks! What is going on? @anon74848233 @Matthew.Xu
