How long ago did you get it, and did you have any customs fees or taxes?

I find DHL likes to send me a bill AFTER I get my packages, with outrageous brokerage fees tacked onto the taxes, sometimes a week or two after. I usually have to fight them (successfully so far, as they are legally supposed to allow you to self-clear by going to customs so no brokerage fee), but itā€™s a hassle every time.

I believe I had $27 in duties. I am backer 254 got it Dec 18 or 19th canā€™t remember exactly

I got the tracking from Pimax 2 days after I received the package. I knew it was coming because DHL sent a text message saying I had a delivery coming.

But the item arrived in 2 days from HK to my door.

not bad for 2 day expedited delivery, Iā€™ll take it said the Canadian backer. Letā€™s hope the rest of us have the same delivery experience. If it takes 8-10 days it should be free.

Letā€™s not forget that we all paid $45 in shipping fees when we pledged, so we should be getting our value for this i.e. expedited shipping and import fees.
