[Replied]Pimax 5k+ turns black every few seconds and white pixel flickering

Cable is likely the issue. @TrevorVR recently discovered his logitech wheel was causing interference with his TV on Hdmi. So might be an idea to test for outside interference.

File a support ticket if able to in the header.

A few days past and a few things happend in the last few days.
I was contacted by mail from @Sean.Huang . He told me to send it by myself to their UK warehouse. And that Pimax will refund the shipping costs. The package should arrive soon in the warehouse.
When will my new headset ship?

I received a new headset today and it has the same issues with the white sparklesā€¦ Not so bad this time but seriouslyā€¦
