So, whats going on?
Tried to check my support ticket status but I cannot log in into the support part of the website anymore.
Since I am using a password manager I am sure I’m using the correct password.
Still tried to reset password and I got an email notification that password reset is disabled for my username.
After a week of no response on my ticket, this is how you solve tickets?
Try creating a new account apparently some accounts got messed up during a hack but no sensitive info was obtained. Quote your original ticket number & issue.
Been finally able to log into my support account again.
No reply from Pimax till this point at all.
Also been mailing them on a regular basis but it just looks like they are ignoring any form of contact.
Also just noticed both the bottom corners of the headset are cracked.
Can you please look into my ticket? Added these pictures there as well. @anon74848233@Doman.Chen
