I cant get the audio jack to work at all. device manager shows the usb audio device under other devices and ive tried deleting it and scan for changes but it still shows up in other devices. ive reinstalled pitool, restarted my computer and used multiple usb ports. I could probably get it working if I had the driver for it, but I cant find any information on that anywhere.

Have you tried taskbar sound mixer & chose usb audio.
yes, there is nothing there that shows up

No usb audio device? You might need support as that is odd.
If you haven’t yet also file a support ticket & post supen number.
Strange. It is usb and doesn’t need a driver. If it shows up in device mgr it should be selectable

I hadn’t looked at sound control panel in awhile. Guess it just works (or not) when you plug in the headphones. Silly me.

I see why I couldn’t see it as a choice in sound/setting. Pitool has to be running before it appears as a choice. More silly me.
