In a private message you said to check SUPEN-1886 and that you had replied twice, but I didn’t get back to you. Where should I check for the status of this ticket? Where did you try to contact me twice? I also replied to @Alan.sun through email, but he didn’t answer my messages.

@Sean.Huang I replied in JIRA, but the system still says it’s “Waiting for Customer”.
