Recording a VR flight IN VR for playback on an HMD

My sister has a quest 2. Does anybody know how I might record a flight in FS2020 over our home town for her to play back IN VR on her Quest 2?
I can record two screens using the Nvidia recorder, but how to I record an actual VR file of the flight?
Grr. I hate being to tech UNsavvy.
