Really P-----D at Pimax delays and overcharging

Quorra maybe you can help,8 days ago I switched plan’s so I would get the Index
Controllers and base stations immediately as I was informed they were ready for shipment.
Consequently last week was informed I would receive tracking number within 3-5 days
after a week I rechecked to make sure there was no extra freight charge and where
was the tracking number? and was informed that—

Sorry to have kept you waiting.
Since the logistics partner told us that your delivery address is in a remote area, the freight of $80 you paid before is not enough, you need to pay another $60 before we can arrange shipment for you.
Please make up the difference through this link bellow:

I live 120K from Perth ,a Major city in Australia HOW can you charge me extra when it’s a normal delivery here in Australia??? The only reason I have paid for this is I need the bundle urgently
Please Quorra have a look at this,it really is a ripoff.
If this is going to happen to all my outstanding orders ,maybe it’s time to cancel them.

Any news on the dispatch or the overcharging ? I tried to contact Sally for the last two days with no luck,it’s been over ten days since I switched to this plan that I was told
would get immediate dispatch of the Valve bundle ??
Mate I am in lock down and will be for month’s as I’m ancient 75 so please get this
fixed for me! :slightly_frowning_face:

I still have NO communication from Sally or Pimax regarding the dispatch

Thanks for the quick reply Quorra,I am on the B and E plan NOT plan F and
want the Valve Bundle sent now as I have no base stations or hand controllers
which basically makes my 5KXR useless !!

Thanks very much Quorra,but she reiterates the same information she said a week
ago,still no news on dispatch other than soon as possible,this is really dragging on
now and I am in lock down so am impatient to get some news of the valve bundle.

On the other matter regarding overcharging of the freight?? what is happening please
you were going to speak to the logistics team last Saturday ?

Shouldn’t Pimax be delivering first the requests of backers who paid for the full bundle 2 years + ago, and like me, have opened a ticket 4 months ago requesting base stations be sent ahead of controllers?

Thanks for your support skellum, it wasn’t my intention to step on your request…I’m just trying to keep Pimax accountable and it’s all so ridiculous these endless delays and excuses. Having to beg to have your ticket looked at over and over even after waiting all this time and following pimax’s “system”.

G’Day Mate,

That’s correct they have had over 10 days since I paid the exorbitant freight charge
and now they are saying they cannot ship until they find another “logistics plan”
Truly in all my years of doing business ,I have never come across a company like
this.
All I can do is keep bitching at them to send what I have paid for a long time ago!!
