Installing the latest Pimax drivers had this message (pic attached) and if i click in ´next´ the launcher cannot close this applications so the glasses doesn´t work properly. Any ideas how deal with this problem? someone had same problem before?.

I use windows 7 and got a gtx 970.
I think that with the gtx 970 this is complicated, because since the beginning I have this helmet, having myself a gtx 970 I never managed to have direct mode or pimax, it is completely crazy, I have made posts on this subject … I’m really fed up, because I tried everything that is possible in my eyes! Grrrrrr !!!

So the problem seems to be the grafic card. Did you have that message aswell during the drivers installation?.
Like you, i have try everything i know to solve it, but no luck 
Btw i have pimax mode and extended but not direct mode.
Forgive me my English because I am French, I wanted to tell you if I make some mistakes!
So, frankly, I do not know, if it is the driver, because as advised by the support, I installed the driver version 362 for my gtx 970.
But this has not solved my direct mode problem or pimax, so always this damn steam vr incompatibility! Pfffffff I despair!
If you find a solution I will be a taker, ahahaha!
Can you use task manager to end the processes / stop the services manually, then click next as above to automatically close any remaining etc?
