Please Help me!

My 5k+ doesn’t work anymore. I opened a ticket a week ago and no one answered me. Tired of waiting I ordered a 2 in 1 cable 3 days ago (I think and hope that the display problems are caused by the 2 in 1 cable) and I don’t even know if it was shipped and when I will receive it !!

More information do the light on the headset turn on? with color? and so on.

Yes, the headset turns on and works but display shows many colored dots. It can also happen that the image has artifacts and is out of sync. Impossible to look at, it hurts. It also happens that the display turns off.

if the colored dots you described looks like as in the first clip, then it’s a known cable issue.
also please let me know if the “image has artifacts and is out of sync” looks like as shown in the second clip (I couldn’t figure out yet what causes this issue, but probably also the cable, restarting pitool fixes it temporarily)
