Kevin has told us he already has 600 ready to go ?
(Edit). when he said bundles I thought he was talking about base stations and controllers but now I think he was just talking about the base stations . So yeah no controllers in stock yet .

I mean he said last week he already had 600 nearly ready to ship to backers . So you are saying that Pimax currently have zero index controllers in stock ?

Has there been any specific delivery time given?

I’m from the UK and purchased the upgrade plan F one week ago and have heard nothing.
Emailed the provided email address to answer questions and heard nothing back too :confused:

After reading the Kickstarter update it sounded like they had the controllers and base stations in stock and ready to ship. Is this no longer the case?

Any information would be helpful :+1:

It seems nobody has a solid grasp on the situation. Everyone at Pimax gives different info. It’s shipping from Florida; it’s shipping from Hong Kong. We’ve got a shipment ready to go; we’re waiting to hear from Valve. First orders are coming in; we haven’t heard where things are.

Can Pimax PLEASE write a clear outline/timeline of this situation? The WHOLE POINT of Plan F was “we’re sorry it took so long, give us more money and we’ll give you something now”. If I knew it was going to be an additional TWO MONTHS I probably would have just bought my own set of controllers and lighthouses from Valve. Then I could actually use my headset in 6dof before the warranty EXPIRES.

There is an update in the works. After this update is ready & released. Will setup a topic to collect concerns for the next update.

They can thank god that this info is coming from you! So there actually may be something to it. Otherwise I‘d suspect more stalling like…always. Let‘s see… :slight_smile:
