Can I get an update @PimaxQuorra ? I received a tracking number but it doesn’t seem to be showing any results. It comes up with errors wherever I search. I’m sure @Fomatter and @skellum were having similar issues

Hi Ellik8101,

The tracking number is not working because the parcel has been returned to us.
Due to the emergency restricted memo by our assigned logistic team, they are not able to deliver the parcel successfully.

And now our logistic team is figuring out the solution to deliver the parcel.
The decision will be made by late evening. They are now having a meeting.

For my package they used fedex so most likely that

FedEx and EMS have shut down and sent their packages back to pimax

Well I have another tracking no but it’s still a FedEx no . But this time it shows a package in Hong Kong.

That’s really strange, we were told FedEx was suspending services. Unless Pimax did us a solid a got a priority shipping or something?

Nope, nothin. Last email I got was from Netflix 3 hours ago. I’m assuming you didn’t get one either?
