Hello I think I have a pixel dead in my Pimax 4k, in some white scene and other black, a possible solution of the software kind?
I also might have a dead pixel. Constant black dot in one eye. Starting to get anoying.
Any help appreciated, or advice.

Have you tried this link, it never worked for me, but worth a go in extended mode, cover the sensor so the screen comes on.

I also try but similar without success
im quiet sure i have some dead ones 2 or could be some stuck dirt or dust between lenses and screen only notice when background is white

Ok, I thought about the same thing, so there is a simple and safe way to open the compartment?
There is a video on support thread of a unit being dismantled, does not look so hard.
It was posted by support.
I will give it a try post new year, I have black pixel. Would like to hear from support to see what they suggest before I take it apart.
