Pimax system state: error code 1000000

I bought my Pimax 1 week ago. Since the beginning I noticed the top light was doing nothing. When I try to connect with Piplay the Pimax start to disconnect and reconnect to the system and it never stop, still no lights on the Pimax.

After trying with different Piplay versions with always the same results, I used the Pimax upgrade tool to try different firmwares. Right now I´m using 1.0.0.251. The upgrade goes fine but when I finish I can see on the upgrade tool this ‘system state: error code 1000000’ and still same issue when I start Piplay.

No problem, but I dont know how to use it

During a Skype session, teamview will let them examine the issue directly.

Download TeamViewer and install it.
On the front screen when it opens it will have an account number and a random pin
Initiate Skype call to pimax support and give them the account and pin from teamviewer
They can then remote control your pc to help fix it.

The pin will change on next reboot so they cannot connect after reboot

Note do not give out your account and pin to anyone else unless you want them to remote control your pc.
Some people prefer to uninstall TeamViewer once it no longer is needed

I have already done Teamviewer work for @villavieja, but it seemed something wrong with helmet itself. So I suggested that he returned it for our further analysis.
