Pimax setup with vive controllers

Hey everyone,

I need some help please, I have not setup my system to use the vive controllers in a long time. Now after Pitool software updates my Pimax is not seeing my Vive controllers. I have been searching online but I cant seem to find anything useful as a set by step setup of using Vive controllers with my Pimax 8K. I have verified that the controller are working fine with my Vive and base stations.

If anyone could point me to a detailed setup guide/ video I would greatly appreciate it.

My pitool does this sometimes but rebooting the hmd/program and they become detected

Maybe try restarting the PC and go through room setup again or the add controllers option in pitool

whats strange is that Pitool will show my Vive controllers/base station icons in solid blue but then when I launch steamVR the controller Icons start to flash? in both Pitool and SteamVR?

This is extremely frustrating as my Rift and Vive systems work flawlessly but I really want to take advantage of the WFOV from my 8K. I always feel like I need to click my heals 3 times, cross my fingers and throw some salt over my shoulders in order to get my 8K to work with any system. :neutral_face:

You dont need to start pitools, but i guess try to pair them in steam vr again.
