Are you reading FPS from fpsVR? If so, I would avoid fpsVR with latest Pitools version.

I see graph from steamVR which says is okay, but on pc on beat saber and in headset i see slideshow, and when i starting Pimax VR home i have the same slideshow. Is my graphic card too weak?
Or maybe headset is wrong? I bought it as used, and maybe it was badly flashed or something.
Now i’m trying on other pc (friend pc) with windows 7 with 1050TI. Pimax vr home works perfect.
Differences between this 2 pc-s is here on friend pc diagnostic tool says usb3.0 is okay (on my pc is wrong)
and here i see only patch KB3033929 is wrong.
Diagnostic tool says KB2670838 here is installed.
I think the problem can be KB2670838 and usb 3.0, because only this two is differences between this two PC-s.
When i try install KB3033929 here on friend pc windows says its installed.

Why PiTool still cant see usb 3.0 when all drivers i have installed?

After i installed windows on 2-nd hard disc partition to windows 7 proffesional diagnostic tool say exactly the same, but googles works fine. Tommorow i will reinstall windows on my M.2

I’ve installed this but it still shows it’s missing in the diagnostics after reboot.
the installer was in a secret language but it looked like I hit the right buttons and it went thru with installation fine…
Try to install all visulal c++ that you can find in windows sites, or internet.
I have installed only this from link. But i have windows 7 pro. So i dont know how to help you.

Max version of pitool is 144. on windows 7
Works fine at my pc with all this errors which i show on picture. Only VC i installed and disgnostic say it pass.
You need to click just next (N) in standard postion like in all installers.
