I’m having problems running my pimax, in video mode it works normal when I switch to pimax mode it turns off, the red light stays, nothing appears on the screen but moving it with the hand it moves in the game

I tested pimax from my friend a week ago and it worked normal, My arrived today
has it ever worked since you got yours? did you DEFINITELY turn off your anti virus when you installed piplay drivers? that usually be the cause if the direct mode not working.
Also sinve your friend has one tty your headset on his system.
