Hi All,

Pimax has fiixed the issue. You can reinstall PiTool .275 and latest firmware.
I confirm that my headset is now working again.

after the update in 275 and FW in 273, everything is functional for my 5k+
I just notice as elin77 says in his post that my helmet takes a long time to be detected
