when i’ve imported the 8k+ i paid import tax and vat on the TOTAL price of the bundle, so basically i paid even taxes and import taxes on the smas! Now, the day that i will receive it (hope soon cause i cant use it with the shi*** strap) i will have to pay AGAIN taxes and import? hope not because that will be a shame! Completely wrong and unfair from a company!
i have an amd card, 5700xt, if i use my coupon for eyetracking, will I be able to use it? or require ONLY rtx cards? It’s not specified on the store!
Thanks in advance and I hope a good ending in this story. I bought this hdm hoping in a good product and “yes” it is good overall but still missing components (smas) after 8 months and probably i will have to pay again taxes that i’ve already paid for the same product that was missing from the box!

Discussions about taxes, vat etc. can be made via creating a support ticket. They will analyze your situation and decide a resolution if any.
RTX required for the DFR feature at the moment, it is completely unknown if we can extend that feature to other video cards at some point in the future. Most consider DFR the most important feature but eye tracking does offer other capabilities. IMHO I would not recommend purchasing it unless you have an RTX card.
Are you a backer or a customer of an 8k+? Because 8k+ was no kickstarter offer. Confusing

Do not blaim Pimax. Theydo not benefit from your taxes. Only Italy. On import of the smas you can then show the toll collecting company, that you already paid tax.
