I had a tracking issue with my brand new Pimax 8K plus, some sensors are malfunctioning so Pimax accepted the return for change / repair.
Does anybody know how long this usually takes , I am from France and I sent back the HMD the 22th of may.

I spent some time on team viewer with Doman Chen, he installed the last one 259 I think.

tu pourra trouvé des cas ou la RMA aura était longue sur le forums mais en même temps si la personne n’a pas de problème elle ne viendra pas forcément le dire sur le forums.
les forums sont souvent des lieux de plainte et les gens satisfait ne prenne pas forcément le temps de le dire.

you will be able to find cases where the RMA will have been long on the forums but at the same time if the person has no problem it will not necessarily come to say it on the forums.
forums are often places of complaint and satisfied people don’t necessarily take the time to say it.
Your friend might as well be just lucky.
FWIW,
- I raised the ticket on the 6th January,
- got the return label on the 27th February (after some discussion about proposed “discount”),
- managed to ship the headset on the 13th March to Marseille (an address Pimax gave me).
- The headset got delivered on April 28th (La poste held it for more than month for no reason).
- Asked Pimax what do they do about it on the 11th May. Got the response that Pimax employees in France cannot get to the delivery address to check the headset because the French rules prohibit the movement of persons.
- Have not heard from them since.
So after 5 months I do not even have the acknowledgement of the headset delivery from Pimax.
@dartsman_501 The only recommendation I can give is to not rely on any recommendation you can get .

i know there are some case like your.(too much)
i think is not normal.
but this is not the majority.
i simply indicated an suitable average.
