Pimax 5k+ Vive pro controller + 2.0 base station tracking issue. Maybe hardware faulty?

A friend had a problem tracking the base because the helmet was connected to USB 2.0. After connecting to USB 3.0, the problem went away.

Get your HMD and LH tracking done first. If you do the room setup that should work.
What channels are the base stations running at?
I remember that supposedly they ideally run in the first few channels.
Can you see them in pitool at all?

Okay guys. Issue is fixed. it was factory software faulty.
Pimax team contact me and re-adjust the sensor setting

they are good to go. station 2.0 and wand 2.0 working perfectly now.
