Hi everyone. After 6 months of experiencing the Pimax 5K+ HMD, it’s ready to find a new home. I’ve had some great fun with it and I’ve loved being part of the new generation of VR. I’ve found for me that the headset is not as perfect as I’d hoped it would be.
Currently have it listed on local sites (eBay, Gumtree) so if you’re interested search for it in there and we can discuss further. Happy to take messages through here if that’s what you’d prefer but for anyone local it’s just easier to go through those channels.

I can’t say for sure but if your close to where @LukeB is he might have an interest in trying the 5k+.

@PimaxUSA I know Anton from other places. He’s done a great job championing Pimax to many others, doing a ton of testing on his own and being a great ambassador overall. When guys like him move on from a product it leaves a hole.
It again comes down to the lack of refinement and transparency. We’re still miles away from that. I hope the Sept 16th announcement is a major breakthrough for a hardware AND software standpoint.
I’m still hesitant to RMA my customer 5k+ with it’s strap issues and broken mic port because I don’t have confidence in what I’ll get back.

This would be a good time for them to finally release BW v2.0 with the perceived frame doubling that was mentioned to be soon released in what was it March?
