@Pimax-Support How do I return my Pimax 5k+? I have attempted multiple times to contact Support and they never respond.

Hello friends.

Today I have received my pimax 8k, tonight I will put it into operation to see how things are going with that incredible FOV and that impressive resolution, I hope I am not disappointed as I read harsh criticism but others in favor of the viewer. I hope to receive help from the community in everything I need and I will also help as much as I can

Hi @michaelmay108,

You need to contact us via service desk if you have headset issues. We don’t use email anymore, as it’s hard to track the history sometimes.

Do you mean Virtual Link cable? If so atm only standard cable out.

No, just to connect DisplayPort, since I have Mini DisplayPort. But it’s more convenient for me to connect it via USB-C than via Mini DisplayPort. I don’t know which adapter is suitable for DisplayPort

Adapters not sure. I beleive someone had tested on a laptop that had a Usb-C port that was the DP as well… But don’t recall the results.
