PIMAX 4K Problems

Hello I have the 4K version and I’m not able to run Windows correctly on VR-glass.
I have PiTool V1.0.1.90 and I see only Planets, can not run Windows. With an other PiPlay program I had Windows on the Pimax but the resolution was horrible and the view was cutted.
I was 3 nights triying it…

I have a Nvidia GTX970.
