Pimax 4K not detected by PiPlay 2.0.3.38

Hi guys. Hope you can help me.
I just installed the new version of PiPlay and my headset is not detected anymore.
I re-instaled the older version of PiPlay 1.2.91 without removing the new one and it works just fine.
Screens shots of the 1.2.91 and 2.0.3.38

System Specs:

Windows 10 Pro
16GB RAM
I-5 6600
Nvidia Geforce 1060 6GB
MSI B150 Gaming Edition Motherboard.

Anyone has an idea?

Not sure. Maybe try uninstalling new version. Don’t uninstall old one.

Try reinstalling new version. It should prompt you to uninstall old one (installer will uninstall old version)

I am still on 2.0.2x i think. Did you have this one working prior to attempting 2.0.3x?

Do you just use windows defender for antivirus? Its what i use & hasn’t interfered with installation on my system.

I have
W10 pro
I5 6500 on gygabyte z170 gaming5 itx board
R9 390

This happened a couple of times here, I just had to close everything and open it again by first clicking on Revive.

I had same issue… I had to unplug USB and hdmi and replied back in

I have tried disconecting and reconecting everything , reinstalling PiPlay, closing everything and opening revive Revive first.
I´m gonna try version 2.0.2.33 and see what happens.
I have kaspesky antivirus, but I have disabled realtime protection during the instalation

Ok…
So I installed version 2.0.2.33 and nothing works. Revive and Steam do not detect the headset and no joy with PiPlay.
Disconecected and reconected everything again and nothing.
Did the PiPlay update using PiPlay and nothing again.

I´m Starting to think it might be a driver issue…

I found out that my Pimax is being detected as USB Input Device…

Me…Too…
only.1.2.57…working

I had this problem a view days ago.
So I had uninstalled oculus home AND stoped PiService in the task manager. After restarting PiService PiPlay had found my Pimax headset.
