Hi guys. Hope you can help me.
I just installed the new version of PiPlay and my headset is not detected anymore.
I re-instaled the older version of PiPlay 1.2.91 without removing the new one and it works just fine.
Screens shots of the 1.2.91 and 2.0.3.38
I have tried disconecting and reconecting everything , reinstalling PiPlay, closing everything and opening revive Revive first.
I´m gonna try version 2.0.2.33 and see what happens.
I have kaspesky antivirus, but I have disabled realtime protection during the instalation
Ok…
So I installed version 2.0.2.33 and nothing works. Revive and Steam do not detect the headset and no joy with PiPlay.
Disconecected and reconected everything again and nothing.
Did the PiPlay update using PiPlay and nothing again.
I´m Starting to think it might be a driver issue…
I found out that my Pimax is being detected as USB Input Device…
Hi, thank you. It may be a driver issue, please use previous Piplay version temporarily and I will reply you once the vacation (1th Oct. - 8th Oct.) finished, sorry for inconvenience.
I had this problem a view days ago.
So I had uninstalled oculus home AND stoped PiService in the task manager. After restarting PiService PiPlay had found my Pimax headset.
Hi @Haduken One of our engineer is analyzing the log you sent, and I will update it later.
@ceew Hi, please export logs about Piplay 2.0.3.38 to support@pimaxvr.com if you are available at present, thanks : )
Edit: @Haduken Hi again, I saw that two Piplay versions exist in your PC meanwhile, please uninstall them and reinstall Piplay 2.0.3.38, then please export logs again if it still can not work. I request one of our engineers join us to assist you remotely by Teamviewer if you agreed.
