As soon as we start asking we get this āpls stay calmā, then someone kicks in takes it the wrong way and ends up in argument.
I know i have been vocal in the past but it just drives me mad when i canāt get answers (like many) i also like to think that i have been helpful.
i bet if we make a pool about how many people think Pimax is telling the truth we would get a surprise and this might not be hard to understand for them this way(not trying to be mean, just saying what i think)
Its not because i will get an hmd and kickstarter goals that i will forget about the experience, we pay for that and we have been here for very long time (me just over a yearš ).
i have Chinese friends and i did receive parcels from them and i was able to ask them where they were at all time.

Yes depending where you live and how good your services are it seems to be a possibility that some preorders receive their headset before us backers. Not saying it is the case but it could be possible.
I am on the same boat as you and i also asked them questions and demanded answers but what i find disrespectful is this oh look at the entitled German backers they get favored over us ā¦ backers attitude.
And it was not the first of this kind of post i read on this forum.
In my mind backer 7XXX has the same right to receive his headset as backer number 1. I have said it multiple times the early bird KS reward was paying 50$ less than later backers it did not include earlier shipping than other backers. This was just another promise Pimax later did after the backers with lower numbers demanded them to do so. Complaining about not shipping by backer number is complaining to a demand that only those with lower backer numbers made and this promise to some was made without asking the other backers.
Early bird backer too and i really donāt feel like it.

Pimax has to answer question and they donāt do it because we are not united, between those who already got their pledge and donāt care (not all of them)ā¦the sherifs and all the confusion then that is what we getā¦

Backer 1298 here, still no tracking or headset, filled survey in 20 11 18 got response 21 11 18, saw it was to be in SH 07/01 /18 , bla, bla, bla lol
If ours did get held up with customs, I can see a delay because it seems the UK warehouse is in Stoke(where I live) Iām guessing,just guessing itās the big FEDEX depot we have here, and then itās passed to DPD across the road(literally), there are no customs in Stoke, nearest is Birmingham for DPD, just guessing though.
Worked in Warehouse for many years and it does not take that long to put a box in box prepare and print labels then load in truck for delivery.
What is confusing here is, why no answer ?
If its in customs or in warehouse or still in transit they just have to say it, but the problem is that they gave load of wrong info (to not call it lies) and now they can only give blurry answers
No offense against Pimax but maybe the realy dont know. Is it an warehouse pimax is paying rent for or are the hiring an other company to do it for them. I dont know, maybe there is an problem in communication between them. Only speculation. You could be happy it is in your country, I just hope I will get it without problems caused by premiere may and her not plan B. I guess i will get my HMD without any problems but what is with my additional stuff that will be sent in month? it starts depressing me.
