Thanks guys. Spoke to bank and tried again and got denied again. Plenty of cash in my account. Is it possible to pay via PayPal?

Sadly PayPal is not an option on Kickstarter

Contact your bank or provider again & ask why they are refusing (often mentioning changing banks can help to get results.) May need a manager to get it resolved

I have a question in line with what was brought up in this thread. I too would be happy if you allowed a way to contribute more or AR least allow payments after the kick-start. I think they did this for Shemue 3.

I backed just the 8k headset and a hand motion module but now I regret not backing also the controllers and lighthouse. Can I pre-purchase that along with other modules on your website. Or is there a way I can add additional funds to back the controllers and lighthouse?

Hi, I am trying to log in on pimax.com website so as to monitor progress of the delivery etc. The problem I am facing is that the site does not know my email address as well as my nick. What am I doing wrong. Thanks

Kickstarter doesn’t work like that… Everything is run through kickstarter (and emails used via kickstarter) until the campaign ends.

Basically at this stage, it is just about waiting…until there is a survey…keeping an eye for update information posted on kickstarter…or reading the whining comments that people will inevitably leave on in the kickstarter comments section.

Sorry for that the campaign is closed, you cannot change the pledge via Kickstarter any more. However you can buy it on our official website in the future. Thank you

Hi guys. I went to try payment again and I received the following message

“Your $604.00 pledge to Pimax: The World’s First 8K VR Headset has been successfully collected. No further action is needed.”

I’m assuming by that I no longer need t panic???

Yepp, that means everything is okay, double check on your card account balance to be 100% sure.
