what do you have now?
big navi isnāt real⦠(iām kiddingā¦or am i?)
@drowhunter Rather obviously a 2045MHz RTX 2080 Ti . Really more like 2150MHz, but usually the temperature rise reduces that to 2045MHz.
lolā¦in two years youll be back here discussing selling your 3090 for $400 to get a 4090
yeah, I think Nvidia scammed us with their 2080 Ti and now they might be doing it again with 3090. Weāll wait for benchmarks.
BFGPU. lolā¦man the marketing.
Romero just facepalmed
which is funny because you could literally buy two 3080ās for the cost of 1 3090.
Wanna bet 3090 is not X2 performance?
Probably the reason why 3080 does not have a SLI .
If the 30xx cards are so great, why do the old RTXs at Nvidia still cost so much?
just to think about;)
because they dont want you buying it.
exactly, they want to keep it to themselves.
do they want to screw a Quadro hood on it?
Oh man how did I miss this. im not happy.
whereās the virtualLink port?
has nVidia abandones their dedication to VR?
i love that port it makes plugging in my link cable so easy.
Half price, half properties.
but true, half a port should have been
Who cares really? Stop whining over little things.
Every G2 Buyer ⦠need an usb c slot.
Nope, the VirtualLink consortium evaporated. The RTX 20 series shall be remembered in history as the first, last and only generation sporting VirtualLink. Which doesnāt mean there is a lack of dedication, Valve were the only ones even trying to deliver a VL connection to the Index and they abandoned the project since it failed. I know, I had one on pre-order.
Good point, but USB 3.0 + included power supply will do.
If everything fails USB C cards are a thing.
No headset released after the virtuallink port seems to have been designed to use it. Maybe Pimax can provide an insight as to why?
sure buddy,ā¦Sureā¦
this is a more intelligent response.
