I was thinking about the cable too, but I also use the 6m optical.
My other thought is the Prosses Lasso and Evga Precision X1, which are free.

What version of Steam are you using? Go to SteamVR settings -> Generate system report and share it with us so we can compare.

I think there was only the driver data leak fixed.
All other the same as 466.11

dlss 2.1 is also vr approved , so perhabs we will be able to play metro exodus in vr 
!
