After replacing the regular plate with the lighthouse plate the Crystal won turn on at all no light nothing “dead”. I reseated the usb ports bypass the hub restarted the pc replace the regular plate back again and nothing. Any help will be appreciated.

Is there any error code popping up on the client? Please remove all the cables, hub, and battery. Restart the PC and follow the following sequence:
The USBs of the Crystal should be connected to the HUB first before the HUB receives power from the AC adapter.
The Crystal was still powered on when connecting the PCVR cable as can be seen by the active LED indicator. You may remove the battery and re-insert it to ensure that the Crystal remains powered off.
Please unplug all cables, ensure the Crystal is completely powered off, and connect it in this specific order:
- The two USB cables into the HUB
- The AC adapter into the HUB and the wall plug
- The HUB USB into your PC USB port
- The DP cable into your GPU
- You may now power on the Crystal
- Launch the Client
